This is one of my favorite movies, I had been watching it on FOX for a week. The trailer is so tempting, the tone color is funny also the design set and the costumes are nice, nothing I can say except AWESOME !!! BTW the hotel background looks like an old picture, an old East Europe taste.

The Grand Budapest Hotel is a great hotel (in that era) built by... let's say it’s unknown, every business things handled by the lawyer Mr. Kovack (the only one who contact directly to the owner). The hotel is Mr. Gustav's responsibility, he is kind of the head office in the hotel, he is single but had a serious relationship (in another way is an affair) with the hotel passenger consistently named Ms. Celine, a rich (old)widow from Lutz.

There is Zero Moustafa an orphan immigrant who works there as a lobby boy, he is the younger employee and is still in the training. FYI he is liking Agatha, the Pastry Girl (she made pastry) from Mendl who has a scar on her right cheek (I’m curious, but the narrator never spoke about it). Zero is very grateful and enjoying his life, until one day he is asked by Mr. Gustav for going to Lutz, he wants to ensure that nothing happened to Ms. Celine because in the last meeting, she looks so nervous and anxious about the separation.

Then... it’s happened. When came to Ms. Celine's house they were shocked (especially Mr. Gustav) to realize that she is passed away. All relative (direct and indirect relative) is waiting for the inheritance. The conflict began when the lawyer (Mr. Kovacks) read off Ms. Celine's testament, there are more than 600 changes of testaments which is need to approve.

In the last testament, Ms. Celine gave a big part for his son Dmitri and some for her sisters, and a gift for another relative. They are happy for a while until Mr. Kovacks accept the last testament letter which was sent an hour before Ms. Celine's death. She gave all her inheritance to Mr. Gustav the one she loved. So... that peaceful meeting changed into a chaotic situation, and both inheritors are fighting.

One of Ms. Celine's valuable inheritances is a picture of The Boys and The Apple, then they are stealing it and kept in a hotel safe box. No longer than that, Dmitri and his guardian Jopling came to the hotel for caught Mr. Gustav in Ms. Celine's murder. And there he is... in jail...

Mr. Gustav and his new friend planned for escaping from jail, they’re working in the night digging together. Finally, their success escaped from the jail, Zero picked up Mr. Gustav for came back to the hotel. But the jailer already found theirs and start to search everywhere, also they closed the border. Mr. Gustav called his hotel partner and asked some help for across the borders.

Even if they succeed came to the hotel, they need to bring the picture from the safe box. Agatha came as the Mendl courier and brought the picture, but on the way out she met with Dmitri who chased her brutally. Actually, in the back of The Boys and The Girl picture, there is the last (again) testament from Ms. Celine, the content is...

Do I need to continue? Hmmm... I don't think so... it’s better if you watch hehe Trust me... this is a light movie (no need for deep thinking) interesting, just follow it...

My favorite thing is the vertical train, it is shaped wisely and cuteness overload 😊... not found yet before. I just know the hotel is a huge mock-up that’s why the view is so tiny similar to Ultraman or Power Ranger (Asian) series, but the crew's success was eliminated in a beautiful way and presented in a different way.

Update:
Congratulation, The Grand Budapest Hotel won 4 Oscars.

Life changed, but memory don't.

Dear Abon & Puput

After a long relationship drama, finally, you are getting married today, congratulation!!! Nothing I can say except Happy Wedding Day, I hope you had a better life than before married hehe, seriously...  :)
Once again, Happy wedding day...

Your dearest cousin
Mbak Nonon

We decided for held the wedding by traditional ways, because we living closely with them. Using the relatives and neighborhood had the advantage and disadvantage, the advantage is we had so many hand for taking care the wedding and it would giving us the chance for knowing more about them, we can hear them gossiping and  joking all the time even in the night hehe The disadvantage is because too much hand whom join there are more than 1 manager, it’s the biggest problem for us. However, even the outcome is bigger than if we using catering we are so grateful had them on our back.

The wedding ceremony is  going well, even the bride and the groom looked so nervous while  saying the (promise) words.
Pssttt... There was me between them hehe
