Welcoming 2012, I and my sister planned to have dinner outside, we’re not worried about the transportation or the situation because tonight the city celebrating the new year.

We went after the maghrib and found that most of the good restaurants were full and needed more time to find the empty table there, so we searched around and found an empty table in The Hummingbird. We chose the menu wisely because this was the last time we had dinner in 2011 hehe :) While waiting for the meals we feel a little uncomfortable because the electricity is off often. We don't know what happened there maybe the city needs more electricity.

After having dinner we decided to go home because we worried about the transportation, and as we guessed there was no transportation around. We just know that the city celebrates the New Year by holding a “Car Free Night” when checking social media. Woowww... How are we going back? By walk?

So... There is no choice than walking home, but because we are here with many people who would celebrate the new year. We thought nothing would be wrong if we joined hehe

And there we are, enjoying the night in “Car Free Night” and keep walking.

Finally, after walking from Banda Street-Geology Museum we found the transportation and took it, it’s almost midnight and the people ready to celebrate. The firework burst in the sky and we watched from the windows.

Happy New Year... I wish I would have a great year.
